Return Policy

When returns are accepted:

  1. Wrong item delivered
  2. Damaged or defective item
  3. Significant mismatch with product description



To return the product:

1. Contact support within 24 hours of delivery with order ID and photos.



2. We’ll verify and provide return instructions.



3. If the return is due to our error, Saino Marketplace will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.



4. After inspection, we’ll ship a replacement or refund the purchase.

Non-returnable items: if the product seal is opened, items marked “non-returnable” on the product page, or customized goods, unless defective.
